Adult Day Program

The Adult Day Program is available at the Norfolk Manor Retirement Home which has been providing supportive care in Guelph for over 30 years. It is ideally suited to seniors age 55+,who are living in the community and want to access the social activities, great home cooked meals, life enrichment and personal care consultation that is available at our retirement home while still maintaining their residence in the community.

So what is included:

• Companionship
• Someone to share meals with
• Access to our Coffee Bar
• Access to Daily Activities
• Buffet Lunch & Plated Supper including a glass of wine
• Medication Management (under doctors orders)
• Nursing/staff supervision from 9am – 6pm
• Walking access to Downtown

All this for just $40 / day
